Cancellation Policy

Same day and 2 hour massages require a debit/credit card to hold your appointment. More than 24 hours and one hour before your massage appointment will be cancelled at no charge. If you cancel your appointment and rebook the same day their will be no charge . Less than 24 hours and less than one hour notice before your massage will result in a $25 charge to your debit/credit. No shows will be charge 50% of the service price. Late arrivals will require that we end your session at schedule time. Our time is valuable and was especially set aside just for you. Your appointment is not confirmed until we receive a text, phone call or an email form you acknowledging your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
